About Centrifugal Slurry Pump
The centrifuge pump is used in many industrial applications such as quarry, mining, recycling and large manufacturing. They are designed for continuous pumping abrasive fluids, and wearing components can be simply replaced without replacing the entire pump.
Belt Protection Guard
The rear of the pump is a belt shroud, which protects the operator from the pulley and belt. It is easy to remove the perforated light leather cover such as this at need, which makes the pump faster and more maintenance.
Base
The pump is on a fixed base, but the slurry pump can also occupy the sliding base. The advantage of the sliding base is that it allows for easier and safer pumps during maintenance to open and close, which in turn reduces any user's downtime.
Shaft
The shaft is powered by the motor so that the impeller is rapidly rotating.
Bearing assembly
In view of the force placed on the impeller and the shaft, the role of the bearing assembly is to keep the shaft and impeller stability and proper alignment. Therefore, the slurry pump is much more and more robust bearing assembly than the water pump. The cassette can be adjusted backwards and then forward to change the impeller gap.
Volute process
The volute housing accommodates the volute of the valve. This is a replaceable spare, rather than wearing a pump, etc., so it is easier and cheaper. The slurry enters the pump by a straw. The force of the rotating impeller pushes fluid into the discharge tube under high pressure.
