4E-F High Chrome Iron Horizontal Froth Slurry Pump for Minerals Processing
Overview:
A large oversized inlet with a unique impeller inducer blade handles heavy froth and higher viscosity dense slurries with ease. The War-man equivalent F line of horizontal froth pumps has proven valuable for very dense slurries where viscosity starts to become a pumping issue for the standard slurry pump.

Suitable Applications: 1. A05/A07 is suitable for heavy duty slurry with high abrasion with pH ranges 5-14. 2. A33 is suitable for acidic applications where pH ranges from 1-3. 3. A49 is for slurry both abrasive and corrosive, esp. for application where the slurry contains chloride. 4. is for corrosive applications where slurry pH ranges from 2-4. | ||||||||||||||||
Remarks: 1. The above different kinds of material are for for pump wet-end parts, i.e: impeller, volute liner, throatbush, frame plate liner insert, cover plate liner, frame plate liner. 2. We also have C21, C23, and they are for parts like: shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft spacer, gland assembly etc. 3. For shaft sleeves, J04, J05 and J21 are also avaiable. 4. Pump bodies (cover plate and frame plate) and pump base, bearing housing can be made of G01-grey iron, D21-ductile iron. |
