Fly Ash Slurry Pump 60Kw Bare Shaft with 5 Vane Closed Impellers
Introduction:
SHR/100D is a 6/4D-R rubber pump with a max. capacity of 324 cubit meters and head up to 45m. The max. mating power is 60Kw, driven by electric motors and/or diesel engines.
Impeller:
The impeller may be either moulded elastomer or hard metal. Deep side sealing vanes relieve seal pressure and minimise recirculation. Cast-in impeller threads are better suited for slurries than impeller inserts or nuts.
Pump Base:
A one piece casting cradles the cartridge bearing assembly. A minimum number of through bolts hold the pump casing to the frame. A means of impeller adjustment is provided in a convenient position below the bearing housing.
